Background: We require either a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of hands-on experience in personal lines account management
X-Factor: While not required, we highly value professional designations such as CISR or CPRM

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

How do you approach cross-selling (e.g., adding an Umbrella or Life policy) in a way that feels helpful to the client rather than "pushy"?

What is your approach when a client claims they found a cheaper quote online (like Geico or Progressive)? How do you validate the comparison?

How do you keep track of client requests, policy changes, and follow-ups? Do you rely on the AMS diary, Outlook tasks, or a personal system?

What do you least enjoy about working remotely, and how do you mitigate that challenge?

Remote work requires discipline. How do you structure your day to ensure you stay focused and manage your task list effectively?

Since this is a remote role, you are often your first line of IT defense. If your comparative rater freezes or you get a login error, what steps do you take before contacting management?
